Physics Olympians

Many congratulations to the MTS boys who excelled in this year's British Physics Olympiad. A particular mention goes to Tom Compton who achieved a gold medal and a place in the top 50 and to Freddie Colllings who won a silver medal. Congratulations are also due to Daniel Mackinnon, Edmund Richards and Cameron Conn who took bronze. The simple fact of taking part is a significant achievement, and so we congratulate all other Upper Sixth Physicists who did so. Tom will now progress to the even more demanding theory paper in the New Year.
