Recent Leavers' and MTneSters' Barbecue 2021

In early September, just before school returned, we welcomed Recent Leavers' and parents of OMTs - the MTneSters - to a barbecue lunch in the Inner Quad. This was the first in-person event, of that scale, at school for over 18 months and it was a joyful afternoon; made all the more so because over two thirds of the Class of 2020 returned. Those OMTs, who had their final year at school disrupted by the pandemic, had a brief assembly in the Great Hall which of course included the school song - sung with gusto! 

The Recent Leavers' barbecue is an annual event for those who left school in the five years before and a wonderful opportunity to catch up with class mates and former teachers - a definite calendar highlight!
