OMT Society City Luncheon
Friday 4th April, from 12.30pm
The Spring City Luncheon at the Guildhall is on Friday, 4th April. We will, as usual, have the exclusive use of the Private Dining Room with its view of the Guildhall yard.
The OMT Society is privileged to have Sir Nicholas Lyons KStJ DL, Lord Mayor of the City of London 2022-23, as the guest speaker. Sir Nicholas is chairman of Phoenix Group, a FTSE 100 member and the largest organisation in the UK retirement and long term savings industry. His City career spans over 40 years. He worked previously for Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers, advising banks and insurance companies on mergers and acquisitions. Sir Nicholas is a senior member of the Merchant Taylors' Company.
The price for the Luncheon will include a reception drink at 12.30pm followed by a three course meal with wines at 1pm. Tickets remain at £95 each, discounted to £65 for the under 40's. Dress is suit and tie, OMT colours are encouraged.
We are currently trialling a new registration form, and we hope that you approve. One of the benefits of making the change is that event costs are reduced, as there will no longer be any credit card charges levied on payments to the school or the Society. Instead, the service provider includes an option at the end of the form to leave a voluntary donation towards the card charges. However, please note that you are under no obligation to pay the charge — neither the school nor the Society benefits from this donation — so paying the charge is entirely at your discretion.
